What are your shipping options?

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs: Standard Shipping (3-5 business days, FREE on orders over $100), Express Shipping (1-2 business days, $15), and Next Day Delivery (order by 2 PM, $25). Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times range from 7-14 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can track your package by: 1) Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, 2) Visiting your Order History in your account dashboard, or 3) Using the tracking number on the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We take full responsibility for lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management. If still missing, contact our support team immediately. For damaged items, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at support@streetwear.com or via live chat. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address, but you may be able to redirect the package through the carrier's website using your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Original packaging is preferred but not required. Sale items and final sale products cannot be returned. Visit our Returns Center to initiate a return.

How do I return an item?

Returning is easy: 1) Log into your account and go to Order History, 2) Select the order and click "Return Items", 3) Choose items to return and reason, 4) Print the prepaid return label, 5) Pack items securely and attach the label, 6) Drop off at any authorized carrier location. You'll receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes! We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Follow the return process and select "Exchange" instead of "Return". We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original. For faster service, you can also place a new order and return the original item separately.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is FREE for all US orders. We provide a prepaid return label with every order. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is simple: 1) Browse our products and add items to your cart, 2) Click the cart icon and review your items, 3) Proceed to checkout, 4) Enter shipping information and select delivery method, 5) Add payment details and place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed. To cancel, visit your Order History and click "Cancel Order". If it's been more than 1 hour, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Simply select "Add Gift Wrapping" at checkout and include a personalized message. Your items will arrive in premium packaging with a gift card. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions!

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used per order. The discount with the highest value will be automatically applied. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to sale items unless specified. Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive codes and early access to sales.

What if an item is out of stock?

Out of stock items can be added to your wishlist, and you'll receive an email notification when they're back in stock. We restock popular items regularly. You can also enable notifications on the product page or contact us to check expected restock dates.

When will I be charged?
