Drop off your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. No need to schedule a pickup.
Get Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We'll ship your exchange for free once we receive your return. Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is FREE for all US orders. We'll email you a prepaid label. International returns may incur shipping fees.

Common Questions
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We recommend starting your return as soon as possible to ensure you're within the return window.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged. Regular sale items (with discounts) are eligible for return within our standard 30-day policy. Check the product page for specific return eligibility.
We sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately at support@streetwear.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost, and you can keep or dispose of the defective item. No need to ship it back!
Gift returns are easy! You'll need the order number (ask the gift giver or check the packing slip). Returns are issued as store credit to the recipient. If you prefer a refund to the original purchaser, have them initiate the return from their account.
Yes! In-store purchases can be returned to any of our retail locations or by mail. Bring your receipt for faster processing. Online purchases can also be returned in-store for immediate refunds.
Don't worry! All return labels include tracking. If your return is lost, contact us with your tracking number and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll process your refund once the carrier confirms the loss.

Attach Tags Securely
Make sure all original tags are still attached to the items. Items without tags may not be accepted.
